Is my photo good enough quality?
Our designers are brilliant at what they do and there is only the odd occasion where a photo isn't suitable for use.
How are the images engraved on the crystal?
For this we use a state of the art sub-surface laser to engrave images and text on your crystal. The laser beam is controlled by a computer to bring your image to life
Can you turn any 2D photo/image into 3D?
Yes, our highly skilled and trained designers work with the latest software and laser technology for image conversion to turn 2D images/pictures/logos etc into 3D images, just email your photo and we do the rest.
Will the background be removed?
Unless it has been agreed prior to order the image will be cropped to the shape of the crystal. Removing all background.
What is the light base used for?
The light bases compliment our crystals. By placing the crystal on the light base it enhances the image greatly by sending a stream of light through the crystal. This is especially effective during the evening.
